[摘要] :
本研究旨在探討大專校院輔導教師之工作現況與專業知能需求。採深度訪談與問卷調查法,共計10位大專校院輔導教師參與深度訪談,77位大專校院輔導教師參與問卷調查。研究結果如下:(一)受訪者認為大專校院輔導教師須具備心理師、教師、諮詢者、溝通協調者、倡導者,以及學校心理學家等角色;(二)訪談與問卷調查結果共同呈現之大專校院輔導教師知覺之主要工作困境為:缺乏制度化督導、工作知能不足,與工作角色定位不清;(三)受訪之大專校院輔導教師認為工作中所須具備之核心專業知能包含:諮商專業知能、學校輔導行政、自我成長知能,以及危機處理能力等面向。問卷調查結果發現「危機處理能力」、「自我覺察能力」、「進行生涯諮商能力」、「溝通協調能力」,以及「促進案主表達、探索與改變之技能」為大專校院輔導教師主要須具備之核心專業能力。依研究結果,對諮商實務工作提出建議。

The main purpose of this study was to explore the college counselors’ current work status and their needs of professional knowledge. The researcher adopted an in-depth interview and questionnaire survey to understand the work contents, work dilemma, and the needs of the knowledge of college counselors. The findings of the study were as follows: (1) The interviewees thought college counselors should play multiple roles, including counselors, teachers, consultants, coordinators, initiators, and school psychologists. (2) The challenges that college counselors faced were such as lacking of supervisors, lacking of professional competence in helping college students, as well as role ambiguities. (3) The core professional competences that college counselors should have were such as counseling competence, guiding administration in school, self growth competence, as well as crisis management competence. According to the results of questionnaire survey, the core professional competences that college counselors should have were such as crisis management competence, self awareness competence, career counseling competence, communicating and coordinating competence, as well as the skill of promoting clients expressing, exploring, and changing. The implication and suggestions of the previous findings are addressed.
