[摘要] :
科技進步，自動化與電腦化的武器與戰爭方式已經逐步取代人的角
色，從過去到未來，軍用機器人（Military Robot）是一個已經在進行的戰
爭趨勢，近年來美國歐巴馬政府所大量採取的配備地獄火飛彈的「掠奪
者」無人戰鬥飛行器（MQ-1 Predator with Hellfire Missile）在巴基斯坦、葉
門與阿富汗的反恐任務就是其中最明顯的例子。學者認為這些現象會讓原
本國際關係理論中的戰爭行為有本質上的改變，他們或者加以譴責、或者
呼籲新的戰爭與國際法研究。本研究處理傳統/當代正義戰爭理論與新武器
/新戰爭型態之間的關係，藉由審視當代重要武器與戰爭型態改變來討論正
義戰爭傳統的基本原則與時代變化。文章的主要論點是，正義戰爭傳統經
歷千年考驗，依舊是戰爭理論中的重要依據，而當代的新科技軍用機器人
戰爭方式，符合理論上的義戰傳統，比較起其他戰鬥方式（核生化戰爭、非
國家主體戰爭、地面戰爭、海空飛彈戰爭）更加有人性以及有潛在發展
性，在最重要的防止未來戰爭與降低傷亡原則上面有重要的進展。

Following the advancement of the new technology, in recent years, military robot has evolved from a scientific concept into an ongoing scenario on the battlefield. The Drone operations of the United States Obama Administration (launching MQ-1 Predator with Hellfire Missile to conduct War on Terror) symbolized the full development of military robot in the frontline of the modern warfare. This article dealt with the subject of military robot. Introducing the application of the modern military robot, discussing the nature of the Just War tradition and comparing the different ways of modern war, this article argued that the new military robotic approach could help to pursue the final goals of the Just War tradition: lower down the casualties and avoid the future wars.
