[摘要] :
本教學實務研究以「新南向發展戰略探討」課程作為研究目標。該課程以Kolb四步驟的經驗學習圈理論,作為課程「國際體驗學習」之設計參考基礎;同時,為了提升學生進行體驗學習的成效,在課程的教學中,輔以「自主學習」的學習策略,培養學生自主學習的力,激勵學生逐步完成國際體驗學習之整體過程。
本研究檢驗「新南向發展戰略探討」整體課程設計、運作,以及評估54位配合課程前往東協10國進行國際體驗學習學生之學習成效。
本研究發現本國際體驗學習課程學習成效,無論以質化或量化指標評估,課程推動順利,學生快樂學習,以自主學習及國際體驗學習,提升學習成果,也提升國際移動力,以及自主學習能力。
另外,本研究的目標課程的教學模式及所運用的各項活動及輔助工具,可以做為未來其他課程規劃的參考,甚至可以重複運用於其他課程中;尤其是在推動學生進行體驗學習、自主學習時,教師應有的態度及作為、課程活動的事前規劃、事後檢驗的各項機制,這些經驗實質地提升教師的教學成效,亦可增進學生的學習成效。

The Operation and Efficacy of International Experiential Learning Curriculum:
Using "Study on the Strategy for New South Bound Development " as An Example
Abstract
This teaching practice research using the course of “Study on the Strategy for New South Bound Development” as the research objective. The course applied the Kolb's four-stage learning cycle theory as the course design reference basis for the “Experiential Learning” Curriculum. Meanwhile, for the purpose of elevating students’ experiential learning efficacy, the teaching scheme within the course is supported by autonomous learning strategy to prepare the self-motivated learning of the students.
By examining the course design, practices and reviewing the performance and feetback of the fifty-four students who visited ten ASEAN member states, the author evaluated the learning efficacy of students. This research found that the international experiential learning course, regardless the indexes are qualitative or quantitative, the course has successfully reached its original goal by encouraging self-motivated learning and international experiential learning to promote the learning efficacy. The international mobility and the self-motivated learning abilities are also enhanced. It further acquired the associated knowledge of the Southeast Asia states so that establishing knowledge foundations for further Southeast Asia Studies.
