提醒全校教師將您於103/1/1~104/1/31期間的成果輸入至教師發展歷程網，並請老師務必於104/3/13(星期五)前將資料送核對，如有任何問題請洽詢所屬系所助理或教師發展中心(分機：2911、2916)。

另外，有些欄位在備註中皆有特別加註「新增」或「增修」字樣，新增資料時敬請協助輸入，謝謝！

If you have any questions, please contact your department assistants or the Center for Faculty Development (extension: 2911, 2916).
