為提升本校110年3月校務基本資料庫表1-7教師學術/專業活動以及表15-19 EMI教師相關情形之填報績效，敬請

***全校各單位***

全校各單位於109年1月1日起至12月31日止已辦理完成之研習、學術研討會以及社群活動，但尚未使用活動管理系統製發參與證明並申請送出匯入TP申請者，敬請務必於110年1月4日前完成匯入TP申請紙本作業，以利

1. 列入109學年度教師評鑑研習與社群項目加分，以免與會教師喪失加分權益。
2. 各單位110年3月填報教育部技專校院校務基本資料庫表1-7教師學術/專業活動，達成最佳填報績效。
3. 各單位110年3月填報教育部技專校院校務基本資料庫表15-19教師EMI相關情形，達成最佳填報績效。

***全校教師***

1. 請將109年度(109年1月1日~12月31日)期間參加校外研習、學術研討會以及社群的資料輸入至教師專業發展歷程網(TP)教師學術/專業活動資料表，並請老師務必於110/1/4(星期一)前將資料完成送申請核對，如此您的資料才能列入學校紀錄。
2. 檢查您109年度參加校內研習、學術研討會以及社群的活動紀錄是否皆已在TP教師學術/專業活動資料表中，若有缺資料，請洽詢活動主辦單位；若您參加校內研習的資料已存在，請不需再次填報，謝謝。
3. 敬請使用最新版本的Google Chrome瀏覽器填報歷程檔案資料。

Dear faculty members,

To increase Wenzao’s faculty credits for attending workshops, conferences, and learning communities during the period from Jan. 1, 2020 to Dec. 31, 2020, we would like to call your attention to

1. Use Teacher Portfolio (TP) to submit your off-campus attendance records to your department assistant and chairperson for further proofreading by Jan. 4, 2021; and
2. check your TP records and contact the on-campus organizers if there are any attendance records missing.
3. Please use the latest updated version of Google Chrome browser.
