[摘要] :
當前大學教育不再僅侷限於校園中,更應進一步將學習場域由教室擴展至社會實境,落實大學所擔負社會責任的目標,並與社會脈動產生連結。尤其大學教育強調專業整合,除了熟悉本科專業知識外,如何應用所學且能與其他專業合作致力追求各式創新,以解決現存社會問題,更是目前現代社會的首要。為提高學生學習彈性,豐富學習路徑,並試圖解決學生修課數過多、缺乏深度討論、甚至各群別通識課程並列,缺乏主題及系統以及學習經驗整合之問題,本課群試圖就本校「雙外語跨領域國際專業人才培育專班」(菁英班)通識課程加以整合,以延伸校園學習的邊界,透過課程形態的創新,結合專題式學習,建立彈性學習制度,培力學生自主學習,故規劃厚實深碗課程以促進本校學習生態系統之創新。「綠意綠食開心自造家~綠色生活與生命實踐」課群計畫即奠基於此,持續進行深碗課程規劃與創新教學,藉由「月桂方法」的教學設計引導學生歷經【我願服務、希望願景、最重要的是、團結一致、度新生活】的價值思辨與問題解決過程,從中建立紮實的知識基礎與穩固的服務根基,同時能與人為善且邁向新的生命境界,培養學生成為學用合一的人才。

The current university education is no longer limited to the campus, but should be further expanded its learning field from a classroom to the social reality, and should be implemented the goal of social responsibility and connected with social development. University education should be particularly emphasized on integrate every profession. In modern society, apart from being familiar with one’s own professional knowledge, it is the essential for students to develop expertise and to cooperate with other professions in pursuit of various innovations and solving social problems. In order to improve students' learning flexibility, enrich the learning methods, and solve teaching problems, the teaching project focuses on Elite Class and provides them a special general education course, which is integrated with different professions. Through the different teaching form, the course is combined with thematic learning and a more flexible learning system to encourage students to learn independently. In order to establish Wenzao Ursuline education system and practice the spirit of founder Angela Merici’s, Wenzao administration team extracted the legacy of St. Angel and constructed the laurel method. The core value represented by this method is the educational guide based on Ursuline schools around the world. Based on this, the teaching project " Ecological Competence & Sustainable Development " continues to carry out Deep Bowl Course project and innovative teaching. This project guides students through the "laurel method" value of thinking and problem-solving. Students may build a strong learning and service foundation through the process. In the end, students will be well-cultivated and become professionals with good manners and innovative ability.
