BIM (Building Information Modeling) is construction facilities in the life cycle. The virtual space simulation of real engineering technology, including basic analysis, cost estimation and construction efficiency, has gradually developed into a new trend in architectural design. It´s related technology development can be divided into information exchange standards, modeling technology and model operation, but the lack of management application integration. This paper is based on BIM construction, combined with GIS space technology. Building pipeline management is establish relevance. The building is a student dormitory. Using ArchiCAD software draw the buildings and pipelines, and then give object properties. Combined with
Skyline Terra Explorer software, to achieve the construction pipeline in the three-dimensional space, providing intuitive operation, query and management, enhance the effectiveness of building maintenance and management.
