Social sustainability takes the self-interested business back to its root of civil economy with the empowerment of social entrepreneurship and justice. When capitalism has run away from the morality because of two mutated logics: ROE (return on equity) and competition, the failure economy is declared. Beyond corporate social responsibility (CSR), there are business organizations implementing social entrepreneurial practices and programs without identification and exploration. Instead, they are aiming for social justice through social value creation that is different from the sound economic value measurement. Noticing the emergence of social entrepreneurship in academic and practical domains, this research aims to study the demanded social changes and adjustments to contemporary economic-driven rationality as well as the managerial application. The emergence of social entrepreneurship attracts the tremendous involvement of researchers, business managers, and scholars (Certo and Miller, 2008) that facilitate the cohesion of the social-economic relationship as well as the challenge to the free market: could be dominated from the cooperation beyond ethics if not operate accordingly (Galbraith 2006). When the term of "social entrepreneurship" had been adopted by Asoka Foundation in the 80s, debates and questions leads to construct more comprehensive theoretical works. In Taiwan, some business did not start up the heroic organization, but emerge with the noble altruism, seeks for the win-win sustainability: different from CSR and NPOs (non-profit organizations). Apply the method of case study, this research explores the social entrepreneurial behaviours and practices within the business under Taiwanese societal context through collaborative civicness in innovative forms and applications.
