[英文摘要] :
The emergence of social entrepreneurship in academic and practical domains implied the demand of social change and obvious dissatisfaction to current economic-driven rationality. The social value creation behind social entrepreneurship attracts more involvement of researchers, business managers, and scholars (Certo and Miller, 2008) that facilitate the cohesion of the social-economic relationship as well as the challenge to free market that has higher possibility to be dominated by the corruption without ethics (Galbraith 2006) if the capitalism doesn’t work accordingly. Since Asoka Foundation adopted the new terms of “social entrepreneurship,” debates involved all the time from three decades ago. Steps by steps, researchers seek for definition of this newly emerging field through practitioner award, and legal boundary construction and gradually it has been generally defined from two perspectives: 1) OECD (Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, 1999); 2) EMES (European Research Network, 1996). In addition to the definitions, the conclusion of three major origins: business charity, social business, and NPOs’ transformations (Non Profit Organizations) that have the tendency to build up social enterprises or apply social entrepreneurial practices.

The aim of this research is to delight the spirit of social entrepreneurship from the private business in the market; instead of starting up a heroic organization (emerges with the noble altruism, seeks for the win-win sustainability); the cause is worthy to be studied because there is social value created and existed in the process of doing so. If the spirit of social entrepreneurship is embedded in business field, in what form it is existing? When social entrepreneurship involves with action, but without an organization that has been initiated? In what exemplification that it is embedded; with what influence that it is valued by the employees and owners? Intending to explore and delight the factors, value, and practical implementations within an existed business organization, this research explored the collective value of the organization and employees’ citizenship by cooperating social goodies internally. When social entrepreneurship is empowered in Taiwanese society because of the societal context, the society and the organization is seeking the fitting and appropriate approach for our communities that drive this research to move from discovery to a conclusive finding of social value.
