[摘要] :
本計畫由台南應用科技大學及高雄科技大學共同執行；台南應用科技大學以關懷為出發點，透過學童為主的扎根計畫取得琉球人對在地的認同，並透過新型態的旅遊導覽方式引導遊客及業者關懷環境、生態。高雄科技大學以青銀共創及青銀共融方式，透過青年與高齡或在地漁民攜手合作，探討青年外移、高齡及生態問題。透過「和長者一起做」的「青銀共創」互助學習機制，搭起學生及高齡者間共融學習的橋樑。兩校除共同關心小琉球高齡化議題外，同時提倡生態教育、發展創新食材與商品、並對在地旅遊型態與發展提供美好願景，期盼透過兩校挹注跨域教學與資源，落實大學專業能量進而促進地方新動能。

Protecting and traveling at the Island of Sea Turtles - Liuqiu
This program is jointly implemented by Tainan University of Technology (TUT) and National Kaohsiung University of Science and Technology (NKUST). With the focus of “care”, TUT enhances the locals’ recognition for Liuqiu by Grassroots Program, and promotes environmental awareness of tourists and local vendors by Innovative Liuqiu Tours. Furthermore, NKUST aims to promote age-friendly space and tourism, and protect the local ecological system through collaborating with local vendors, fishermen, and institutions. Liuqiu, TUT and NKUST altogether address the aging and ecological issues, and co-create innovative cuisine, products, and tours.
