[摘要] :
企業已經導入企業資源規劃系統(ERP)，且順利運作。為什麼高階主管、業務主管、生產主管還是無法及時取得整合性資訊？個案企業已建置企業資源規劃系統，連結訂單、生產、庫存、銷貨、財務會計等系統。但從商業訂單轉入生產訂單起，至成品製造完成入庫間之現場生產進度(含製造製程、物料採購、託外加工)，仍屬人工控制階段，成為管理黑箱。可能產生在製品之生產資訊，不易取得；製程經常變動，進度難以控管。尤其部分工單須委外加工，必須追蹤委外廠商收料狀況、委外製造數量、交期、與耗料情形；另外 A 廠商再轉 B 廠商加工，資訊不易整合與追蹤，影響訂單交期之可控程度。經資料蒐集與分析後，本文提出現場追蹤系統(SFT)的可行評估，建議企業資源規劃系統整合現場追蹤系統，ERP 與 SFT整合性資料庫使訂單與生產進度整合性查詢與管控成為可能，並提出後續進行與研究建議。

Why CEO, Sale and Operation Managers cannot access real time tracking information, even ERP being already implemented. The case in this study has setup ERP system, which integrated order receiving, production, inventory, shipping and accounting system. However, shop floor control including manufacturing and outsourcing is not yet integrated into ERP system. Order tracking becomes black box that inhibits real time and integrating information, then delays order shipping and slows down competitive advantage in time of dynamic environment. This research suggested integration of ERP and Shop Floor Tracking system after interviewing and data analysis. Future recommendations and research directions are proposed.
