[摘要] :
本文透過問卷調查及觀察訪談,以35位國際扶輪青少年交換生和47位輔導員為研究對象,試圖探討:(一)2016-2017年國際扶輪3510地區青少年交換委員會華語專班的課程規劃與創新特色;(二)深入了解學習者對同儕合作策略應用於華語微型實習的期望和觀感;(三)如何透過輔導課的微型實習,有效培養學生的教學能力。本研究希望歸納出華語文師資教育應注意的事項,思考落實翻轉教學的具體策略與步驟,跨越重理論講述的教育鴻溝。

This study conducted a survey and observational interviews on 47 counselors as recruited as research subjects. The study objectives were as follows: (1) Investigating the design and innovative characteristics of 2016–2017 Rotary International District 3510 Youth Exchange Committee courses for Chinese special classes; (2) gaining an understanding of the perspectives and expectations of learners regarding the application of peer cooperation strategies in Chinese microinternships; and (3) determining how to effectively develop the teaching abilities of students through microinternships. We summarized crucial points about Chinese teacher education and identified concrete strategies and flipped classroom procedures, thereby bridging the gap between theories and practices.
