[摘要] :
法國人類學家李維史托認為,每一個社會皆受到一系列相關的符號、角色與儀式所規範作為基礎。法國精神分析學家傑克.拉岡稱此系列為「象徵秩序」,象徵秩序的概念是指一個既定存在的社會,而這個社會是吾人必須去適應關係體系的社會。本文以拉岡的象徵秩序作為研究途徑,從本質上去思考與分析全民國防教育,探究在全民國防教育中,國軍與人民之間的關係,並以瑞士與以色列作為模型,探討軍民應如何建立國家安全與國防的共識。

French anthropologist Claude Lévi-Strauss proposed that every society is subject to a series of related signs, roles and rituals as a basis. The French psychoanalyst Jacques Lacan called that this series is a symbolic order. The concept of symbolic order refers to an established society that we must adapt to the system of relationship in the society. This article tries to take symbolic order as a research approach to think and analyze the “all-out defense education” in order to explore the relationship between the military and the civilian in it and takes Switzerland and Israel as models to Explore how the military and civilians should establish a consensus on national security and national defense.
