自傳

家庭背景
  I am Wei-Yin Kao, a 18-years-old girl and a 4 grade of 5 years college student that studying at Wenzao Ursuline University of Languages. I live in a family that there are a father, a mother, an elder brother, an younger twins brother and I. My father is a foreman working at Yung He Screw Factory. My mother is a Operator working at Hsin Tsu Limited Company. And both of my brothers are studying in Taiwan Police College, one of them is in second grade, another is in first grade. As I am a child, my parents always spent lots of time to get with us, even they were tried, because they think that family relationship is irreplaceable. So even we are study outside, we still send messages and keep in touch daily to care about each other. And because I grew up in this environment, I can be more considerate of other people and understand other people’s feeling, and I’m also capable of adapting quickly to a new environment and working well with a team. 
求學過程
  A s I was in kindergarten, there was an English teacher who came from South Africa. He usually told us lots of interested stories to teach us vocabularies and simple grammar. And because of he, I knew that different people from different countries have different accent. It is totally interesting. After I attended to Zheng Xing Junior High School, I was eager for playing violin in school’s orchestra and had gotten good grades. Despite this, I still spent most of the time on study. Because I was interested in languages more than other subjects when preparing the Comprehensive Assessment Program for Junior High School Students , I took my English teacher’s advice that chose to study in Wenzao. And my parents also were on my side. After entered to Wenzao, I also had the dream of exchanging abroad. But for me in first and second year in school, it was a little bit difficult on studying. It also made me frustrated. Fortunately, my teacher and friends gave me lots of advices and encouragement on learning and studying. Because of them, I got better than before. After I was third grade, the distribution of time in school club was more busy than before, because I was the General affairs of Chinese Music Club. In fourth grade, I decided to serve as artistic design in the Student Association of German Department. Because I wanted to offer my abilities that are photoshop, computer graphics and illustration. These experiences would not be learned or taught in class or senior high school. And those things told me that doing one thing cannot be accomplished by only one. For me, I want to accumulate experience, learn independence, and challenge yourself by exchanging abroad.
訂定目標
   I think going abroad must be trying the local life. Also, experiencing the difference between education methods, systems and activities of Taiwan and Germany. I hope I won’t be afraid of learning new things. Instead, courage to challenge and overcome it. I also hope I could match the knowledge and experience which learning in Germany with the fifth grade courses. 
生涯規劃
  Now I am in fourth grade and face the problem that is entering the next school or not. And I decide continue to enter the university studying in German as my major. In addition to taking German as the major, I am also interested in the law and want to use it as a minor. I want to now how people legislate and why they legislate. Even if my parents still hold objections, but after all, the person learning is me, I will try my best to convince them to complete my goal.

  Before I was third grade, I didn’t think about future. Ans I thought maybe I would only be interested in study languages. But I totally wrong. Gradually I found that I am also interested in the law. I also want to know if there is a better way to deal with Taiwan’s current legislative standards.
赴國外學校前之準備/在國外學校研修之規劃(領域/課程)
 The first goal of before exchange abroad is to strengthen my German ability. If even I cannot understand what they want to express, it will not be possible to learn more about the course contents. In addition to language skills, flexibility is also important. So, I will confirm each process, also build my own mentality so that I won’t be thrown into a panic. Next, In addition to schoolwork, I hope that I can also participate in the club to understand how they work, then, compare the advantages and disadvantages of the club that I participate in in Taiwan. Also, participating clubs can meet different people and communicate with others. My language skills can also improve quickly. And if I have problems in the course, I can also ask for help or communication. I also want to go to the local attractions and also want understand the folk customs and landscape in Germany. Because the Germany on guidebook is so charming. Germany is also known for their law, and I want to take this opportunity to take related courses. Because in fact, many laws in Taiwan are learned from Germany, so, I want to compare the advantages and disadvantages of the laws between Taiwan and Germany.
返國後計畫
 After coming back, I will integrate what I learned in Germany to the next courses. And then, using the knowledge what I got in Germany to the entrance examination. At the same time, I will promote my German abilities and check myself by the Goethe Zertifikat 
未來期許
 Germany is a model of a rule of law society, so I want to be an exchange students by this chance. What is important is to use what I have learned after the exchange, and I also hope that I could find a job which is combined with German in the future. In addition to applying what I have learned, it is also important to study with perseverance, never become conceited, seek advice modestly, and fulfil my own duty.
