[摘要] :
本文以筆者於文藻外語大學所開授之「哲學概論」課程為核心,詳細說明其教材設計、教學實務與教學成效,並提出結論與建議,以供哲學類通識課程教師參考、指正。
教材設計上,筆者以講義書形式編著並出版教材,以提綱挈領、首尾俱足之共通架構論述哲學傳統四大領域(邏輯學、倫理學、知識論、形上學)之10大相關議題。
教學實務上,筆者秉持師生互為主體性之教學策略進行講義書之講授與討論,並安排五週以學生為主體之「哲學短講」,且視議題需要,邀請校內其他領域教師進行對話式協同教學。
教學成效上,筆者具體呈現文藻外語大學教務處期末教學評量結果暨學生建議與意見,藉以反思課程設計與實務運作上之所長與不足。
最後,筆者總結如上論述與多年教學經驗做出二點結論:
1. 適當之教材設計與合宜之教學策略,可以Hold住教師之教學熱忱,並激發學生之學習動機。
2. 學生臉上心領神會的微笑比起任何酒類或麻醉品更令人上癮。
並提供二點建議:
1. 哲學類通識課程教師應設法避免煩悶無趣之教學困境與「生本明目、因師而盲」之教學失格。
2. 哲學類通識課程教師應積極開發適合課程目標與領域專長之教材,並精進教學策略,讓所教授課程兼具理論與實用,成為既有深度又不失趣味、真正「營養」之學分。

[英文摘要] :
The purpose of this article is to elaborate on the lesson plan, teaching practices and achievement of all introduction of philosophy coursework in Wenzao Ursuline University of Languages philosophy class, then make a conclusion and suggestion.
About the lesson plan, the author published textbook in “lecture book” form, discussed the 4 traditional fields of philosophy with common structure: Logic, Ethics, Epistemology and Metaphysics.
In teaching practice, the author conducted the instruction and discussion with the teaching strategy of “teachers and students inter-subjectivity”, and arranged 5 weeks of “short philosophy lectures from the students”. Furthermore, according to the related issues, the author would invite experts and scholars in other fields to the school in order to carry out the dialog collaboratively.
In teaching achievement, the author will present the results of final-term teaching evaluation for the fall semester of the 2016 academic year. The results are decided by the Office of Academic Affairs of Wenzao and the suggestions and comments from the students. Thereby they will reflect the strengths and weakness of the lesson plan and teaching practice.
Finally, the author makes two conclusions:
1. An appropriate lesson plan and teaching strategy can keep teaching enthusiasm and learning motivation alive.
2. The smile on the student's face after having understood the material is more addictive than any alcohol or narcotics.
And offered two suggestions:
1. General education teachers in philosophy courses should try to be interactive and creative in their teaching style, so the students will be more energized and enthused about the subject matter.
2. For advantaging the taught courses in both the theoretical and practical, having both depth and fun, general education teachers in philosophy courses should keep in mind to develop materials suitable for class curriculum goals, the specific expertise of the students and use advanced teaching strategies
