My SWOT

Strength：
Language proficiency is my strength in the future. Nowadays, most of the jobs need to use not only native language but also English or second foreign language to communicate with others. Also, China has become the industry of the world. This helps China’s economy grow fast and it might become the most richest country in the world. Luckily, I know Chinese, English and Spanish at the same time. This strength might help me become more competitive. I have good attitude on work and I can have good relationship with my colleagues.
Weakness：
Except the language ability, I haven’t learnt much knowledge about business. I can chat the daily life experience with others but I can’t discuss a professional article in business.
Opportunity：
I might become a good bilingual secretary in my company not only because I know foreign language but also I am good at making good relationship with others.
If I can learn Japanese or Korean, I will be more competitive because we are close to them.
Threat：
There are more and more learning English. If I don’t keep going in improve myself, I might lose my job. Also, I think students in Taiwan have less competitive than students in China because most of us keep wasting our time when China students keep going in learning more new knowledge. If we don’t stop wasting our time and work hard, we might be eliminate through competition.
A. I wish I could improve my reading skill and learn more vocabularies in this course. I think both of these two skills are really important in raising my level of English. I think my English ability isn’t good enough to work as a bilingual secretary or any kind of job which needs good English ability.
B. I think the dream job for me in 104 Human Resource Bank is a job that related to new project creating. I am interesting in creating a new business project. Before that, I think I should learn everything in basic in that area. I would like to apply an assistant job to learn some basic knowledge. After that, I would like to apply a job I dream to have. I wish I will love my own job.
