A and B (roommates) are looking at two ads for an apartment to rent because they are not happy with theirs. They are comparing all the reasons of their preferences, such as location, size, rent, privacy, parking spaces and so on. (At least three reasons) See Interchange unit 3 for your reference.
Sean: Catherine, I think we should rent another apartment… …Don’t you think so?
Catherine: Yeah… …I also think we should rent another one. Many things are broken after the small earthquake.

Sean: Apartment A doesn’t have enough privacy, because there are two neighbors on one floor. And we can have a whole floor if we rent apartment B.

Sean: In conclusion. We decide to rent apartment A, is that right?
