Helen’s Evening Routines

As soon as Helen gets home, she always opens the window first for ventilating the house, and then she makes some snack. While she eats it, she turning on her computer to check her e-mail and opens the facebook or chat with her friends. Next, she goes swimming; because she thinks swimming is one of the healthiest forms of exercise. She can relax and exercise both. After she finishes it, she calls for paying the fee of swimming. Before she eats dinner, she takes a bath first, it makes her feel relax and release her pressure of all day. During dinner, she usually watches the news. After that, she talks to her family about her school life, and then Helen uses skype to video chat with her boyfriend until 11 o’clock. She usually goes to bed before 12 o’clock, otherwise she’ll be late for school and feel exhausted all day long.
