大學生對文體寫作教科書的看法
摘要
過程寫作教學在台灣已歷行多年,但多數學生仍對寫作心存畏懼。而文體寫作教學提供認知及語言發展的整合性學習,並透過學習週期,引導學生瞭解寫作方法與內容。本研究採問卷方式,探討365名大一及大二學生對文體寫作教科書的看法。問卷包括三部份:(一)對該教材的整體印象與內容的看法(21);(二)學生對此教科書的評估(15題); (三)簡答題(1)。共回收有效問卷305份。結果顯示大一學生對此教科書運用於寫作課程,給予較多正面回應。本文也針對學生的反應提出教學建議,以利日後教師教學研究及書商改版之參考。

ABSTRACT
The process-based approach has dominated in writing instruction in Taiwan. Nevertheless, many students still show apprehension in writing. Alternatively, the genre-based approach provides students with cognitive and linguistic development in learning how and what to write with the stages of learning cycle. This study aims to investigate a group of university students’ perceptions of a genre-based writing textbook written with the EFL learners as the target users. A teacher-designed questionnaire was conducted to 365 freshmen and sophomores, and 305 responses were collected. Involved in the questionnaire were three parts: one with 21 items relating to general impression and taught content, another with 15 items relating to the use of the writing book, and the other an open-ended question. Overall, findings revealed that participating freshmen appeared to show more positive feedback compared to sophomores. In response to the feedback, some pedagogical suggestions were also proposed for further study.
