挪威諾貝爾委員會在台北時間今(8)天下午5點宣布，今年和平獎得主是中國異議人士劉曉波。據悉，劉曉波發起和散播推動中國民主化的「08憲章」文件，於2008年被捕，並以「煽動顛覆國家政權罪」遭判刑11年。在文件中，他呼籲政治改革，包括放寬集會自由、表達自由與宗教自由。
