Dr.Wilma B. Laguitao is really an interesting person. She told us many things about Philippines, such as local language, traditional craftsmanship, religious beliefs, weather, pre-history, etc. I learned that the weather in Philippines is rainy and wet.Moreover, the pre-history of Philippines is from the Spanish to the American then the Filipino Revolutionary.No wonder there are variety of exotic culture blending in their lives. Dr.Wilma's lecture included not only knowledge but also folk songs. She is such a great singer. It's extremely fun to learn folk songs. Although she has a strong accent that make me confue, her speech was undoubtedly marvelous !!
