[摘要] :
為能適應「工業 4.0」職場數位化的發展,學校所培育的學生,必須同時具備實踐操作能力及具備理論知識,此現象促使德國職業教育與高等教育展開進一步的融通。從職業教育走向高等教育,在高等教育中加入了職業培訓,產生了「雙元制高等教育」(Duales Studium)培育模式。透過雙元制職業教育與高等教育的融合與互補,增強其效能,其結合對德國勞動力市場無疑是一股強大的力量,因而在德國得到了迅速的發展。本研究透過文件分析法,針對其融通背景、運作模式與發展現況進行探討。最後以「新制度主義」理論角度進行討論,期能對此研究議題有所貢獻,並給予我國在相關政策規劃過程中,提供理論依據與想法。

To meet the needs of workplace digitalization under Industry 4.0, graduates must
have both, practical skills and theoretical knowledge, which requires the deeper
integration of vocational education and higher education in Germany. The continued
integration of vocational education and higher education has enhanced the
effectiveness of the educational model and has been a powerful force on the German
labor market, leading to positive developments. This study examines the background,
operation mode, and development status of the integration process through a
comprehensive document analysis method and discusses it from a new institutionalist
perspective. The work contributes to ongoing discussions in promoting a dual
education system in Taiwan.
